Return Eligibility

• You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vintageonfield.com and include clear photos of the product.
We will inspect your claim and provide a replacement or full refund if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
